- The Sault Wrestling Club now has their own space. No more rolling out mats and putting them away again everyday. No more practicing at a highschool. We now have a location to practice at during exams and the summer when local schools are closed.
- Elementary School Wresting Program. That's right, SWC will be offering an elementary school wrestling program starting September 19th. The elementary program will be coached by SWC coaches along with veteran highschool wrestlers. Have young brothers, sisters, cousins or neighbours that might be interested? Let them know.

National Championships Results!
Cadet/Juvenile National Championships Result
Congratulations to all athletes who competed at the National Championships in Windsor this past April. Special congratulations to the girls juvenile team who placed 5th overall in the country, coming home with two medals, a 4th place finish and two 5th place finishes. Outstanding work girls.

Ontario Championships Results
The Sault Wrestling Club recently returned from the Ontario Cadet and Juvenile Championships with some excellent results. After the first day of wrestling the SWC had an amazing 8 athletes in the semi finals. Here is a list of the top performers.

Wrestlers will now focus on the city, NOSSA and OFSAA highschool championships before beginning training as a team for the National Championships in April. As always, Sault Wrestling Club practices will continue to run on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm in the small gym at Superior Heights. All local wrestlers are welcome and encouraged to attend.
